RELationship workshop for executives
the what
This workshop is intended for couples who are seeking to enhance their relational intimacy, connection, and personal growth through the exploration of specific subjects guided by the therapist. The aim is to understand at a deeper level your own and your partners values, stage of life emerging needs, and mutually shared relational goals and commitments.
Why executives
This group is specific to executives and managers navigating change pertaining to their life stage demands. Specific considerations are, empty nesting, balancing personal life with expanding professional goals and aspirations, retirement.
Specific focus relates to how to increase relational depth and connection with their partner in the midsts of such change, exploring and identifying one's purpose and how this impacts relational dynamics at home.
how and when
Workshops are held remotely over zoom for 2 hours every other Saturday from 9 am to 11 am Pacific Standard Time.
The workshop material and explorations are designed to build on each other in subsequent weeks. Each program is 48 weeks .
Once you complete the first 48 weeks, you may start another 48 week program with individuals of the same cohort you began with.
The next 48 week program builds on the material from the first 48 weeks.
The workshop is structured around psycho-education (learning and exploring specific subjects), deepening your personal relationship with the subject through guided reflections, practice and group dialogue, and then focusing on practicing and embodying what is explored in your personal life.
how big are the groups?
The largest cohort is structured to consist of 10 couples, making the entire cohort a group of 20. The smallest cohort consists of 5 couples.
can an individual in the couple receive 1:1 sessions?
Yes ! Yes !
Each person in the cohort is offered the opportunity for 1:1 sessions once every two weeks.

Assessing if we are a right-for-fit is a critical part of our potential journey together. In this way, each individual in the couple is required to have a free 45 minute consultation call to assess right-for-fit.
